FBA reporting order planner
Amazon FBA to Shopify Order Import Planner
Plan an Amazon FBA to Shopify order import for reporting without changing listings or inventory. Compare shipped-order rows with a Shopify reference CSV and export a review worksheet locally.
Browser-side scan
Drop an Amazon FBA shipped-orders CSV
No CSV selected
Use this planner when Amazon FBA sales need to appear in Shopify reporting but FBM orders, catalog listings, and live inventory must stay untouched. Both the Amazon shipped orders CSV and the Shopify reference export are read locally in your browser. The scan separates FBA from merchant-fulfilled rows, checks shipped status and quantity, performs SKU mapping against existing Shopify variants, searches an order export for duplicate Amazon Order IDs, and creates a reporting-only worksheet. It does not create Shopify orders, call Amazon or Shopify APIs, submit files, or adjust inventory.
Import blockers
Common causes this scan checks
- Amazon FBA orders are missing from Shopify sales reporting while existing FBM orders already follow a separate fulfillment workflow.
- Amazon merchant SKUs do not consistently match Shopify Variant SKU values, making order-only imports risky without a SKU mapping review.
- Previously imported Amazon Order IDs can create duplicate Shopify orders and inflate revenue, tax, or channel reporting.
- A generic marketplace connector may also sync inventory or listings even though the merchant only wants completed FBA sales represented in reports.
Workflow
How to use the cleaned CSV
- Export an Amazon shipped orders CSV with order ID, fulfillment channel, status, SKU, quantity, financial totals, and currency where available.
- Add a Shopify product or order export so the planner can match SKU values and search for previously imported Amazon Order IDs.
- Review non-FBA, unshipped, unmatched SKU, invalid quantity, and duplicate-order findings before using the worksheet.
- Export the reporting-only review CSV and keep inventory adjustments, listing sync, fulfillment, and final order creation outside this browser tool.
Auto-fix policy
What the export can safely change
- Detects common Amazon Order ID, fulfillment channel, order status, merchant SKU, quantity, price, tax, shipping, and currency column names.
- Separates FBA rows from FBM or other merchant-fulfilled rows so the existing fulfillment workflow can remain unchanged.
- Matches Amazon merchant SKU values to Shopify product or line item SKU values and carries variant identity into the worksheet.
- Searches the Shopify order reference for Amazon Order IDs and marks duplicate candidates before a reporting workflow is attempted.
- Exports a local planning worksheet with explicit SKU, duplicate, import recommendation, and inventory safeguard columns.

FAQ
Shopify CSV questions
Can this import Amazon FBA orders into Shopify automatically?
No. It creates a local review worksheet for a reporting-only order workflow. It does not create orders, submit an import, or write data to Shopify.
Will this change Shopify or Amazon inventory?
No. The worksheet explicitly warns against automatic inventory adjustments. Listing, inventory, fulfillment, and location behavior stay outside this tool.
Why add a Shopify product or order reference CSV?
A product export enables Amazon SKU to Shopify SKU mapping. An order export can also expose previously imported Amazon Order IDs for duplicate detection.
Does either CSV leave my browser?
No. Both files are read with the browser File API and processed in the current session. The site does not upload the Amazon or Shopify CSV data.
