Private by default. Your Shopify supplier SKU purchase order CSV data stays in this browser session. The export applies only safe deterministic changes and leaves manual-review items in the findings list.

This mapper is for merchants who receive supplier SKU or vendor SKU data beside Shopify product identifiers. Upload a CSV with Handle or SKU, supplier SKU, vendor, title, and reorder quantity columns. The tool flags missing supplier SKU values, missing order quantities, duplicate mappings, and rows that are ready for a purchase order worksheet.

Import blockers

Common causes this scan checks

  • Supplier SKUs do not match Shopify Variant SKU values one-to-one.
  • Reorder quantities need to travel with supplier SKU and vendor context.
  • Manual purchase order spreadsheets miss variants when copied from product exports.
  • Merchants need a local worksheet before sending order rows to a supplier.

Workflow

How to use the cleaned CSV

  1. Prepare a CSV with Shopify Handle or Variant SKU, Supplier SKU, Vendor, Title, and Reorder Qty columns.
  2. Upload the mapping CSV and review missing supplier SKU, missing quantity, and duplicate mapping warnings.
  3. Export the purchase order worksheet and spot-check vendor and quantity columns.
  4. Send the reviewed worksheet to the supplier or copy it into an approved purchasing workflow.

FAQ

Shopify CSV questions

Does this create purchase orders automatically?

No. It creates a local worksheet for review. Merchants still place purchase orders manually or through their own approved purchasing system.

What if supplier SKU is different from Shopify SKU?

That is the main use case. The worksheet keeps both identifiers together so the supplier-facing SKU does not overwrite the Shopify SKU.

Can this work from an inventory reorder CSV?

Yes, if the file also includes supplier SKU and reorder quantity columns. Otherwise use the SKU reorder helper first.
